I left appointment today crying after being told I couldn't be treated in a very rude way by dr Mitchell then I saw a different dr who was better and more helpful. Some drs here have no care or regard for clients and obviously see the job as just a pay check. I feel very let down. I feel like if left untreated I could've been seriously ill.

The main Receptionist is very loud and a bully, wants to know your private business and difficult. If you dont bow down to her questions she can make things difficult. The manager stands by her staff and does nothing, she allows this treatment of her staff to continue. Its horrible when you want to ring for an appointment and you feel nervous and stressed in knowing you will be treated badly. The health care policy says everyone has the right to be treated with respect but not at this surgery

This is the worst drs surgery ive ever came across and its no wonder some patients i know have left for elsewhere... and always new drs seem to be brought in place. the reception staff also are a disgrace towards their patients and always ask what do you want to see your Dr about when its no business of theres to know at all Very nosey they are .

I have been with the surgery for almost 30yrs and find that while the reception staff can sometimes be a little hard, the doctors have all been great in helping. If i had ever had any real problems then i would not have been with them for so long. The GPs do a great job which is often underrated and thankless, I would like to thank them for the hard work they do in Dunfermline.

Dr Burt and Dr Robinson by far the divest Dr’s there. Been seeing them both for years with ongoing anxiety issues and they’re always helpful and make time for me. Dr Burt is a really nice guy and Dr Robinson is so down to earth and understanding.
